📘 MSABP Policies

Magna Scientia Advanced Biology and Pharmacy (MSABP) is committed to transparent scholarly publishing, ethical editorial practices, responsible manuscript handling, and author-focused publication standards. This policy page outlines the key rules and publication policies governing manuscript submission, peer review, privacy, copyright, open access, corrections, and post-publication matters.

Authors, reviewers, readers, editorial members, and website users are strongly advised to read these policies carefully before manuscript submission, reviewer participation, editorial communication, payment, or use of journal services.

⚖️ 1. Terms and Conditions

By submitting an initial manuscript, revised file, or final accepted version to MSABP, the author(s) confirm and agree that:

• ✅ The submitted manuscript is original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other journal or publisher.
• ✅ The work is free from plagiarism, falsification, fabricated data, manipulated images, and unethical content.
• ✅ All listed authors have read, approved, and consented to the submission and possible publication.
• ✅ Necessary permission, ethical clearance, institutional approval, patient consent, funding acknowledgment, or supervisor approval has been obtained wherever required.
• ✅ The corresponding author is authorized to communicate with the journal on behalf of all co-authors.
• ✅ Authors remain fully responsible for originality, authorship, references, scientific accuracy, data integrity, ethical compliance, and legal responsibility of the submitted content.
• ✅ All editorial communications, reviewer comments, and manuscript-related correspondence are intended for scholarly use and should be treated appropriately.
• ✅ Every submission is subject to editorial screening and peer review, and the final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection rests with the Editor-in-Chief based on editorial assessment and reviewer recommendations.
• ✅ In cases of confirmed ethical misconduct, copyright violation, false authorship, plagiarism, duplicate publication, or serious policy breach, MSABP reserves the right to reject, correct, withdraw, or remove content without prior notice.
• ✅ Where author-requested post-publication changes are permitted, applicable editorial or correction charges may apply.
• ✅ No refund claim or liability shall arise due to institutional objections, employer restrictions, funding disputes, authorship disputes, or author-side issues after publication.

🔒 2. Privacy Policy

MSABP respects the privacy of authors, reviewers, editors, and website users and is committed to handling personal and professional information responsibly.

Information that may be collected includes:

• 👤 Name, designation, and professional or academic profile details
• 📧 Email address, mobile number, and related contact information
• 🏛️ Institutional affiliation, department, and country
• 📄 Manuscript files, supplementary documents, declarations, and publication-related records

Policy effective from: 01 January 2026. MSABP reserves the right to revise this policy at any time by updating this page.

🛡️ 3. Disclaimer Policy

MSABP publishes scholarly material for academic, research, and educational purposes. While reasonable editorial care is taken to maintain quality and accuracy, responsibility for article content remains entirely with the author(s).

• Authors are solely responsible for the data, analysis, interpretations, opinions, references, and conclusions presented in their work.
• MSABP, its editors, publisher, reviewers, and associated team members shall not be held liable for errors, omissions, or consequences arising from the use of published content.
• Journal website content is provided for educational, scholarly, and research use only.
• Any third-party links or external websites referenced by the journal are provided for convenience only; MSABP does not guarantee or endorse their content.
• The journal is not responsible for website downtime, temporary service interruption, server issues, cyber incidents, or technical limitations beyond reasonable control.

💳 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Authors are advised to review all publication policies, processing charges, submission requirements, and editorial conditions before completing final submission or making any payment.

• A manuscript may generally be withdrawn before publication, depending on the editorial stage and processing status.
• No refund will be issued after payment has been made for an accepted manuscript.
• No refund will be provided once galley proof preparation, formatted proof generation, DOI processing, or final production work has started.
• No refund will be issued once final publication files have been approved or the article has been published online.
• Editorial management, peer review administration, DOI registration, formatting, website hosting, indexing support, and digital publishing services involve operational costs from the early stages of processing.

📦 5. Shipping Policy

MSABP is an online open access journal that provides digital scholarly publishing services only. No printed copy or physical product is shipped under the standard publication model unless explicitly stated otherwise. All accepted papers are published electronically on the journal website.

🌐 6. Open Access Policy

All articles published in MSABP are made freely available online immediately after publication in digital format. Readers can access, read, download, share, and cite the published content without subscription barriers or registration fees, supporting wider dissemination of scientific and academic knowledge worldwide.

🔍 7. Peer Review Policy

Every manuscript submitted to MSABP undergoes editorial assessment followed by a structured peer review process. The journal generally follows a double blind peer review system and seeks evaluation from at least two independent reviewers in the relevant subject area to assess originality, relevance, methodology, scientific quality, clarity, and ethical compliance. The final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection is made by the Editor-in-Chief on the basis of reviewer feedback and editorial judgment.

Articles published in MSABP are made available under an applicable Creative Commons License. Authors retain copyright of their work while granting the journal the right to publish, distribute, archive, index, preserve, and promote the article as part of the scholarly record.

📂 9. Author Self-Archiving Policy

Authors may self-archive the preprint, accepted manuscript, and published version of their article, where permitted, on personal websites, institutional repositories, academic networks, and other OAI-compliant platforms, provided that proper citation and a link to the original journal publication are maintained.

🧾 10. Plagiarism Policy

MSABP expects all submitted manuscripts to be fully original and ethically prepared. Authors must ensure that borrowed text, ideas, tables, figures, graphics, and previously published material are properly cited, quoted, or permitted where necessary. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism, duplicate publication, manipulated data, image misuse, or unattributed material may be rejected, returned for correction, or removed from the publication process according to the journal’s editorial ethics standards.

The authors of articles published in this journal are solely responsible for the content of their manuscripts.
