Designing state-level policies to support independent pharmacies in providing specialty care services in rural regions

This review paper explores the critical role of independent pharmacies in rural regions, emphasizing their potential to deliver specialty care services despite facing significant challenges. These challenges include financial constraints, regulatory barriers, and limited specialized training and resource access.
